What can I expect at THE GRAND JAM?

Around a thousand musicians of all levels play the most popular stadium songs and world hits together in Germany's biggest band. With the help of coaches and tutorials, the “jammers” have prepared for the stadium concert. Up in the stands you are welcome to sing along, celebrate and play air guitar. An elaborate production with a light show, pyrotechnics, acrobats and plenty of surprises turns THE GRAND JAM into a one-of-a-kind experience.

Where does THE GRAND JAM take place?

THE GRAND JAM takes place in 2027 at the stadiums in Dresden and Frankfurt.
Saturday, 29 May 2027: Rudolf-Harbig-Stadion, Dresden (Lennéstraße 12, Dresden)
Saturday, 14 August 2027: Deutsche Bank Park, Frankfurt (Mörfelder Landstraße 362, Frankfurt)

Who can take part?

Anyone who plays an instrument or sings – from beginner to professional.

How do I sign up as a musician?

Click the “JOIN THE JAM” button on this website and fill in the registration form. Enter all your details, you will then receive the welcome email and you can start practising right away.

Is there a minimum age?

Fans of every age are welcome.
Musicians should be at least 16 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian.

What does it cost to take part?

Registering in the musician database is free. You will receive details about participation fees and how it all works after registering.

How do I prepare?

After signing up you receive sheet music and learning material, plus access to the coaches’ tutorials.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

The event is barrier-free – wheelchair spaces and seats for companions are available.

How long will the event last?

The event will run until approximately 11:00 pm.

When should I arrive? When does the event start?

The event starts at approximately 8:00 pm. A support programme runs from 7:00 pm. Doors open at 6:00 pm.

Can I bring food and drinks, or buy them on site?

There is a wide range of food and drinks available. Drinks may only be brought in in carton packaging of up to 500 ml.

Are any lighting and show effects used?

Yes, the show includes lighting effects, fire, pyrotechnics and acrobats.

Can I take photos and videos during the event?

Yes, taking photos and/or videos is permitted.

Are toilets available on site?

Yes, the venue has toilets.

Ticketing

Where can I buy tickets?
Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets can be bought online right up until the concert starts.

Which ticket categories are there?

In Dresden there are tickets for the different stands (HAUPT, SÜD, WEST, NORD). Seating within those areas is unreserved.
In Frankfurt there are tickets for the lower and the upper tier. Seating within those areas is unreserved.

Are tickets refundable? What are the exchange conditions?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. The conditions regarding ticket refunds are agreed before purchase. Under special circumstances you can still get in touch with us and our user support team will process your request. Don't forget to quote your ticket order number.

Do I have to print my ticket?

No, your contactless ticket is validated directly in the Fever app.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge. Simply tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further help. Don't forget to quote your ticket order number.

Can I make a group booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please get in touch.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You will find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app under Tickets. If you have not installed the app yet, open the Apple Store or Google Play to download it. Remember to sign in with the same account you used to buy the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please get in touch.

Can I move my tickets to a different date/time or change my ticket category?

Subject to availability, category changes are possible up to 48 hours before the event. As there is only one concert per city, changes of date and time are not possible.

From what age is a ticket required?

Children up to the age of 10 enter free of charge when accompanied by a legal guardian. They are not, however, entitled to a seat.
