1,000 musicians on stage and 16,000 spectators in the stands: the return of THE GRAND JAM to Frankfurt was a hugely emotional affair. After months of intensive preparation with coaches and tutorials, jammers – amateurs, professionals and karaoke fans – gathered at Deutsche Bank Park on Saturday to play and celebrate together.
Among the participants, who came from all over the world and spanned every age and level of musical experience, were 450 singers, over 100 drum kits, some 300 guitars, basses and keyboards, plus trumpets, trombones, saxophones, violins, violas and cellos — all part of Germany’s biggest band.
As in 2023, the audience witnessed a spectacular concert with striking staging and a musical mix for every taste. The programme included songs by Coldplay, Robbie Williams and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Singer Felix Räuber also joined THE GRAND JAM in Frankfurt as a special guest for the first time and performed his hit “Allein Allein”.
The support programme featured the SAP Symphony Orchestra and the Vienna band Joker. A spectacular light show with pyro and laser effects and LED lights for the audience delighted the crowd, as did the dance team SHAPGANG, the Firedancers, the artistic show team and the Frankfurt Universe cheerleaders.
It was an incredible experience to be part of this fantastic project. The energy and enthusiasm of the musicians and the audience were overwhelming.

Our GRAND JAM journey has reached a new high point — and we are delighted to be presenting THE GRAND JAM in Frankfurt again next year.
